Outlook Backup How Can I Backup My Outlook Express Address Book GROUPS- Aka Mailing List?

How can I backup my outlook express address book GROUPS- aka mailing list? - outlook backup

I searched the Internet on a backup of my mailing lists in Outlook Express. All I see is how a file from the Address Book Export to export my contacts, but not the groups to which they belong. Can anyone help me with this?
